About me
I was born in October, amidst the majestic Alps of the Aosta Valley, in Italy. My journey, like everyone else's, began with my own life, the Great Teacher. I consider it a fortune to have had the opportunity to grow up in a place where nature still reigns supreme and wild, imparting ancient teachings that have become an integral part of my being.
From a young age, I asked profound and meaningful questions. I wondered about the reasons behind things, what my place in the world was, and how everything was connected. In my twenties, I felt an urgency to find answers to these questions, to make sense of my experiences and emotions. Thus began a true journey of understanding, filled with experiences, places, people, study, and listening.
I traveled extensively, encountered diverse cultures, and learned from each one.
I studied various holistic disciplines, attended seminars and workshops, and embraced mentors and spiritual guides. Along the way, I encountered many practices, much wisdom, and a lot of love, all of which contributed to shaping my worldview and approach to life.
Around the age of thirty, I began to perceive that I was part of something greater. I felt a deep connection between my destiny and that of my ancestors, as if their experiences, joys, and sorrows were intertwined with mine.
It was then that I discovered Family Constellations, uncovering and experiencing the story that binds us to our Family System, the deep love that moves us, and the intrinsic connection that unites everything and everyone.
This discovery was a revelation, a key to understanding not only myself but also the dynamics that influence our lives. Among all the practices I experienced, it was the great work of Bert Hellinger, known as Family and/or Spiritual Constellations, that touched me the most, that I fell in love with, and that I decided to delve deeper into.
Today, I am a holistic practitioner and counselor, specializing in Family and Evolutionary Constellations.
I have developed the ability to observe ourselves as part of one or more systems, aware that we are all connected.
In my work, I help people explore their family roots, understand the dynamics that influence their lives, and activate deep healing processes.My approach is based on deep listening, empathy, love, and research.
Today, in part, I have found my place and direction.
However, the path of knowledge and wisdom never ends,
just as one never stops learning.
I invite all of you to explore this extraordinary practice and discover the power of Family Constellations.

NOI is a movement founded on September 19, 2021, on the second anniversary of Bert Hellinger’s passing.
NOI was born in honor of Bert Hellinger, his life, and his work, emerging from the "Italian love" for him.
NOI is a movement initiated by Christina Niederkofler, who was the soul of Bert Hellinger in Italy and led the Italian branch of the Hellinger®schule until 2020.
Christina decided to establish NOI and develop it together with a group of Constellators who had the opportunity to experience Bert Hellinger’s work firsthand.
NOI aims to carry forward Bert Hellinger’s legacy by promoting Family Constellations as
he developed them, preserving their purest form and remaining faithful to the authenticity of his work and philosophy. Hence the name “AUTHENTIC FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS.”
